Who we are
GH Consulting is run by George. We help landowners, developers and homeowners understand what their sites could support and get planning applications moving, with a focus on Essex and across most of London.
We are a new consultancy and we say so. George works alongside an experienced colleague in the industry and draws on that experience when advice is needed on larger or more complex sites.
How we work
- Straight answers. If a site has little chance, you will hear that early. If it is promising, you will hear why, and what stands in the way.
- Plain English. Planning is full of jargon. We explain what is happening and what it means for you.
- Scope and fees in writing. We agree what we are doing, and what it will cost, before work starts.
- The right people for specialist jobs. Architects, ecologists, highways and flood risk consultants and solicitors each have their own expertise. We coordinate them where needed and tell you when you need one.
What we do not do
GH Consulting provides planning assistance and consultancy. We are not a law firm, so we do not give legal advice. We are not chartered surveyors, so we do not provide formal valuations. And we do not promise outcomes: nobody can guarantee planning permission.
