Good to know
Fees
Every project is different, so we agree the scope and our fees in writing before work starts. Council fees and specialist reports are separate costs, and we explain them upfront.
What we do not do
We do not give legal advice or formal valuations, and we cannot promise planning permission. We will tell you when you need a solicitor or a chartered surveyor.
Not sure where to start?
Most people begin with a site appraisal, or just a conversation. Tell us about the site and we will point you to the right starting place.
